In reference to the PSI circulated on 9th February, 2025 (disseminated by DSE on 10th February, 2025), the Board of Directors in their 676th Meeting, among others, decided to issue Subordinated Debt (Bond) worth taka 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Crore of Purchase Value. However, considering current market conditions and recommendations, few features of the bond have been modified.
