CITYBANK Corporate Disclosure — 19 November 2025

Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 26.10.2025, the company has now informed that it has received request from Ms. Meherun Haque, one of the four legal heirs, for the transmission of her entitled portion of the 2024 stock dividend. As such, Ms. Meherun Haque, daughter of Late Mr. Deen Mohammad and a General Shareholder of the company, will receive 1,758,014 shares as per Succession Certificate of the Honorable Court.

২৬.১০.২০২৫ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে, কোম্পানিটি এখন জানিয়েছে যে তারা ২০২৪ সালের স্টক লভ্যাংশের তার প্রাপ্য অংশ হস্তান্তরের জন্য চারজন আইনী উত্তরাধিকারীর একজন মিসেস মেহেরুন হকের কাছ থেকে অনুরোধ পেয়েছে। এর ফলে, মরহুম জনাব দীন মোহাম্মদের কন্যা এবং কোম্পানির একজন সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার মিসেস মেহেরুন হক, মাননীয় আদালতের উত্তরাধিকার সার্টিফিকেট অনুসারে ১,৭৫৮,০১৪টি শেয়ার পাবেন।
