CITYBANK Earnings Update

(Continuation news of CITYBANK): Reasons for Deviation: During the reported period of 2026, EPS increased due to higher profit earned compared to the same period of last year (Q2-2025). The profits increased mainly for incremental investment income as well as commission & fees income etc. NOCFPS increased for the reported period mainly for higher deposit mobilization from customers and bank's borrowing compared to the same period of the previous year. (সিটিব্যাংকের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): বিচ্যুতির কারণ: ২০২৬ সালের আলোচ্য সময়ে, গত বছরের একই সময়ের (Q2-2025) তুলনায় বেশি মুনাফা অর্জিত হওয়ায় ইপিএস (EPS) বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। প্রধানত বর্ধিত বিনিয়োগ আয় এবং কমিশন ও ফি বাবদ আয় ইত্যাদির কারণে মুনাফা বেড়েছে। গত বছরের একই সময়ের তুলনায় গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে বেশি আমানত সংগ্রহ এবং ব্যাংকের ঋণ গ্রহণের কারণে আলোচ্য সময়ে এনওসিএফপিএস (NOCFPS) বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। (চলবে.২)
