Referring to their news disseminated by DSE on 16.08.2026, the company has informed that the Board of Directors of City Bank PLC, at its meeting held on August 24, 2026, has decided to modify the business proposed to be placed before the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on 04 October 2026, following further consideration of the legal, regulatory, governance, shareholder, contractual and other consequential aspects of the proposals earlier approved on 13 August 2026.
