News of CITYBANK): The Board has resolved that the proposal to increase the maximum number of Directors, excluding Independent Directors, from eight (8) to ten (10) will not be placed before the ensuing EGM and has been withdrawn from the business of the EGM and kept open for further consideration at an appropriate time. The proposal to increase the Authorized Capital of the Bank from Tk.2,000 crore to Tk.3,000 crore, divided into 300 crore ordinary shares of Tk.10 each, (cont.2)
