CLICL Corporate Disclosure — 24 June 2025

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Chartered Life Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Chartered Life Insurance Company Limited' with effect from today, i.e., June 24, 2025. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। সেই অনুযায়ী, আজ থেকে, অর্থাৎ ২৪ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখ থেকে কোম্পানির নাম 'চার্টার্ড লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেড' এর পরিবর্তে 'চার্টার্ড লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্স পিএলসি' হবে। অন্যান্য তথ্য (নাম ব্যতীত) অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
