The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to raise capital BDT 50.00 crore through issuance of new shares to the incoming management under Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Issue of Capital) Rules, 2001 at an issue price of last one year weighted average share price of C&A Textiles Ltd. traded in Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.
