The company has informed that the Hon'ble High Court division of Supreme Court has provided judgment and order to Managing Director of the company to call, conduct and hold the AGMs of the company for the calendar years 2017 to 2022 upon scheduling the date, time and place of the AGMs of the company for the Calendar years 2017 to 2022 within 8 (eight) weeks from the date of drawing up of this Judgement and Order. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ তারিখ, সময় নির্ধারণের ভিত্তিতে কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালককে 2017 থেকে 2022 সালের ক্যালেন্ডার বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির এজিএম আহ্বান, পরিচালনা এবং অনুষ্ঠিত করার জন্য রায় এবং আদেশ প্রদান করেছে। এবং এই রায় এবং আদেশের তারিখ থেকে 8 (আট) সপ্তাহের মধ্যে 2017 থেকে 2022 ক্যালেন্ডার বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির এজিএমের স্থান। (চলবে)
