Refer to the earlier news disseminated 21.06.2023 regarding Court Order to hold pending AGMs, the company has further informed that in line with the Judgment of honorable High Court Division of Supreme Court (Company Matter no 302 of 2022) dated June 15, 2023, a meeting of the Board of the Directors of the company will be held on July 17, 2023 at 5:00 PM to consider among others audited financial statements of the company for the year ended June 30 of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
