With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on Today i.e. 27.10.2019 regarding declaration of dividend, it was observed the sponsors and directors other than independent directors of the company failed to jointly hold minimum 30% (thirty percent) shares of the paid up capital, as a result, the company shall not be able to raise capital through bonus shares as per the BSEC Notification No. (cont.)
