CONFIDCEM Corporate Disclosure — 3 July 2022

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Entity Surveillance rating of the Company as "AA3" along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on June 30, 2021, unaudited financial statements of March 31, 2022; bank liability position as on April 30, 2022 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অব বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) কোম্পানির সত্তা নজরদারি রেটিং ঘোষণা করেছে "AA3" এবং 30 জুন, 2021 তারিখের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, 31 মার্চ, 2022-এর অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতিগুলির উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি সহ; 30 এপ্রিল, 2022 তারিখে ব্যাঙ্কের দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত তথ্য।
