(Continuation news of CONFIDCEM): accordance with the Companies act 1994 (2nd amendment 2020) and to amendment in the relevant clauses of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company be and is hereby approved subject to approval of regulatory authorities. It has further been resolved that the old name of the company will be replaced by the new name in all the statutory/title documents, licenses and other relevant documents. (end)
