In order to enable the Company to raise of capital through issuance of convertible preference shares of up to BDT 150.00 Crore, the Board proposed to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from the existing BDT 100.00 Crore to BDT 350.00 Crore along with the inclusion of Preference Share as the capital item to be divided into 200,000,000 ordinary shares (cont.2)

(CONFIDCEM-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): আসন্ন 5ম ইজিএম এবং নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুমোদনের জন্য। 2. কোম্পানিকে 150.00 কোটি টাকা পর্যন্ত রূপান্তরযোগ্য অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে মূলধন বাড়াতে সক্ষম করার জন্য, বোর্ড কোম্পানির অনুমোদিত মূলধন বর্তমান BDT 100.00 কোটি থেকে বাড়িয়ে 350.00 কোটি টাকা করার প্রস্তাব করেছে। মূলধন আইটেম হিসাবে অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার 200,000,000 সাধারণ শেয়ারে বিভক্ত করা হবে (চলবে 2)
