Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.11.2023 regarding dividend declaration for the year ended June 30, 2023, the Company has further informed that they have not yet received consent from the BSEC till today regarding their declaration of 5% Stock Dividend. Therefore, the Record Date i.e., 07.12.2023 will be applicable only for 5% Cash Dividend.
