Musa Meah, the Sponsor of the Company, has completed transfer of his entire holdings of 13,83,505 shares of the Company to his son, Mr. Imtiaz Bin Musa (3,33,505 shares) , a Public Shareholder Director and to his wife Mrs. Bulbul Joynab Akter (10,50,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange, as announced earlier.
