We draw attention to Note 2.15 which describes the Company's rational and on-going discussions with regulators and government ministries regarding Worker's Profit Participation Fund. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. Note 11.01 Government Treasury Bond: Balance of Government Treasury Bond was BDT 25,000,000 and was BDT 25,558,587 as at 31 December 2021 and as at 31 December 2020 respectively. (cont.2)
