Md Tehsin Rashid, one of the Directors of the company, has submitted a declaration to receive 1,45,300 shares from his mother Fatema Rashid (General shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
