The company has further informed that Md Tehsin Rashid, one of the Directors of the company, has received 1,45,300 shares from his mother Fatema Rashid, and 4,65,500 shares from his wife Shusmita Sharif Islam by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 31.05.2023.

কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির অন্যতম পরিচালক মোঃ তেহসিন রশিদ তার মা ফাতেমা রশিদের কাছ থেকে 1,45,300 শেয়ার এবং তার স্ত্রী সুস্মিতা শরীফ ইসলামের কাছ থেকে 4,65,500 শেয়ার লেনদেন পদ্ধতির বাইরে উপহারের মাধ্যমে পেয়েছেন। 31.05.2023 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী এক্সচেঞ্জ।
