CROWNCEMNT Corporate Disclosure — 10 November 2025

The company has informed that Mr. Mohammed Almas Shimul, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has completed the transfer of 40,00,000 shares of the Company to his son Mr. Saiham Sadik Pial (20,00,000 shares) and his daughter Ms. Sobha Soha (20,00,000 shares) (both are General Shareholders of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by CSE on 28.10.2025.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির অন্যতম উদ্যোক্তা পরিচালক জনাব মোহাম্মদ আলমাস শিমুল, তার পুত্র জনাব সায়হাম সাদিক পিয়াল (২০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার) এবং তার কন্যা মিসেস শোভা সোহা (২০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার) (উভয়ই কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার) এর কাছে কোম্পানির ৪০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার হস্তান্তর সম্পন্ন করেছেন, যা ২৮.১০.২০২৫ তারিখে সিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুসারে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহার হিসেবে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
