The Company has further informed that the AGM will be held on 14.06.2022 at 11:30 AM. Record Date will be 24.05.2022. Clarification of EPS and NOCFPS for the year 2020: EPS has been calculated in accordance with IAS-33 Earning Per Share. Previous years EPS has been restated due to issue of new share capital (IPO). Actual EPS for December 31, 2020 Was Tk. 4.54 per share. After restated the new EPS for the year 2020 stands Tk. 2.89 per share. (cont.)
