Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.09.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that as the declaration of the stock dividend is subject to the prior approval of the BSEC, 30 October 2025 will serve solely as the record date for the cash dividend. The record date for the stock dividend will be announced separately upon receipt of the requisite approval from the BSEC.
