(Continuation news of DAFODILCOM): and no audit of the PF fund accounts has been made till to date though it is mandatory under section 18 of the Trust Rules of the fund. Only a PF register is being maintained with particulars of each employee. Further, according to section 22 of the Trust Rules of the fund, if any member leaves his/her employment voluntarily before completion five years and such services has not been terminated for the reason of his misconduct, (cont.2)
