DAFODILCOM Corporate Disclosure — 15 November 2022

(Continuation news of DAFODILCOM): but the company did not properly maintain WPPF account in accordance with Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 as amended till to date, particularly, Section 234, 235, 240, 242 & 248 of the said Act. Moreover, government portion of the fund is yet to be paid. No interest has been provided on unpaid amount of WPPF Fund resulting over statement of profit to some extent. (end)

(DAFODILCOM-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কিন্তু কোম্পানিটি আজ অবধি সংশোধিত বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন 2006 অনুযায়ী WPPF অ্যাকাউন্ট সঠিকভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করেনি, বিশেষ করে উক্ত আইনের ধারা 234, 235, 240, 242 এবং 248৷ তাছাড়া তহবিলের সরকারি অংশ এখনো পরিশোধ করা হয়নি। WPPF তহবিলের অপরিশোধিত পরিমাণে কোনো সুদ প্রদান করা হয়নি যার ফলে কিছু পরিমাণে লাভের বিবরণী রয়েছে। (শেষ)
