DAFODILCOM Corporate Disclosure — 11 August 2025

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.12.2024 regarding board decision to issue shares, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter dated 07 August 2025 has informed that it is not in a position to accord its consent to the company for raising of capital of Tk. 46.70 crore through issuance of 4,67,00,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 10 each to the existing shareholder in cash consideration.

শেয়ার ইস্যু করার বোর্ডের সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পর্কে ০৩.১২.২০২৪ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের দিকে নজর রেখে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন তাদের ৭ আগস্ট ২০২৫ তারিখের চিঠির মাধ্যমে জানিয়েছে যে তারা বিদ্যমান শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নগদ বিনিময়ে ১০ টাকা মূল্যের ৪,৬৭,০০,০০০ সাধারণ শেয়ার ইস্যু করে ৪৬.৭০ কোটি টাকার মূলধন সংগ্রহের জন্য কোম্পানিকে সম্মতি দেওয়ার অবস্থানে নেই।
