Actuarial valuation of the gratuity scheme was made in 2015 to assess the adequacy of the liability for the scheme as per International Accounting Standard-19 "Employee Benefits". Following benefits are payable on retirement, death or leaving service: Less than 5 year of confirmed service - Nil Confirmed service between 5 and 10 years - One month's last drawn basic pay for every completed year of service.
