DBH Dividend Disclosure

(Continuation news of DBH): The Company has also informed that disclosure on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock dividend has been recommended in view to utilize its retained amount as paid-up capital for improving the capital adequacy and thereby facilitate future business expansion of the Company. ii) Stock dividend is declared out of accumulated profit. iii) Stock dividend is not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of (cont.2)

(DBH-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে স্টক লভ্যাংশের সুপারিশের উপর প্রকাশ: i) মূলধনের পর্যাপ্ততা উন্নত করার জন্য পরিশোধিত মূলধন হিসাবে তার রক্ষিত পরিমাণ ব্যবহার করার লক্ষ্যে স্টক লভ্যাংশ সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে এবং এর ফলে ভবিষ্যতে ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের সুবিধার্থে কোম্পানির. ii) পুঞ্জীভূত লাভের বাইরে স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করা হয়। iii) স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ক্যাপিটাল রিজার্ভ বা রিভালুয়েশন রিজার্ভ বা অবাস্তব লাভ বা এর বাইরে থেকে ঘোষণা করা হয় না (চলমান 2)
