DBH Corporate Disclosure — 18 April 2022

(Continuation news of DBH): It is to be noted that the Company has prepare their financial statement on the basis of Bangladesh Bank prescribed guideline for Banks and NBFIs. This quarter the Company shown the net receipt from Term Loan and Zero Coupon bond under financing activities which was previously shown under operating activities. As a result, the NOCFPS in comparative figure of last quarter March 31, 2021 has changed from 23.22 to (3.41). (end)

(DBH-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): উল্লেখ্য যে, কোম্পানিটি ব্যাংক ও NBFI-এর জন্য বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের নির্দেশিত নির্দেশনার ভিত্তিতে তাদের আর্থিক বিবরণী প্রস্তুত করেছে। এই ত্রৈমাসিকে কোম্পানি অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রমের অধীনে মেয়াদী ঋণ এবং জিরো কুপন বন্ড থেকে নেট রসিদ দেখিয়েছে যা পূর্বে অপারেটিং কার্যক্রমের অধীনে দেখানো হয়েছিল। ফলস্বরূপ, 31 মার্চ, 2021 সালের শেষ প্রান্তিকের তুলনামূলক চিত্রে NOCFPS 23.22 থেকে (3.41) পরিবর্তিত হয়েছে। (শেষ)
