The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM for insertion of an Object Clause in the Memorandum and insertion of a new article in the Articles of Association of the company will be placed before the shareholders subject to prior approval from Bangladesh Bank. Record Date of the 1st EGM is August 31, 2022 and date and time of the 1st EGM will be notified later on.
