DBH Dividend Disclosure

(Cont. news of DBH): Disclosure on the recommendation of stock dividend (bonus share): The stock dividend has been recommended in view to utilize its retained amount as paid-up capital for improving the capital adequacy and thereby facilitate the future business expansion of the Company. Stock dividend is declared out of accumulated profit. Stock dividend is not declared from the capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned before the incorporation (cont.2)

(ডিবিএইচ-এর চলমান সংবাদ): স্টক লভ্যাংশের (বোনাস শেয়ার) সুপারিশের প্রকাশ: মূলধন পর্যাপ্ততা উন্নত করার জন্য এবং এর ফলে কোম্পানির ভবিষ্যতের ব্যবসায়িক সম্প্রসারণকে সহজতর করার জন্য পরিশোধিত মূলধন হিসাবে ধরে রাখা অর্থ ব্যবহারের জন্য স্টক লভ্যাংশ সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে। সঞ্চিত মুনাফা থেকে স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করা হয়। মূলধন রিজার্ভ বা পুনর্মূল্যায়ন রিজার্ভ বা কোনও অবাঞ্ছিত লাভ বা নিগমের আগে অর্জিত মুনাফা থেকে স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করা হয় না (ধারা ২)
