DBH1STMF Corporate Disclosure — 5 September 2022

(Continuation news of DBH1STMF): 2. As disclosed in note-4.2(ii)(b) and Annexure-E, the Fund has invested Taka 24,200,000 by acquiring 2,200,000 ordinary shares of Taka 10 each of Unicorn Industries Limited at a price of Taka 11 each after considering bonus shares. The Fund has revalued the investment at Taka 17.81 per share based on discounted cash flow method. The cash flow projection and other forecast on which the valuation is made are difficult to achieve and involve uncertainties. (cont.3)
