(Continuation news of DBH1STMF): Apparently, the shares have been acquired at higher price but in the absence of independent valuation report, latest financial statements and other information, we could not quantify the overstatement of assets and the amount of provision required on the said investment. 4. As disclosed in Annexure-E, the Fund has invested Taka 7,500,000 by acquiring 146,742 ordinary shares of Taka 10 each of LankaBangla Securities Limited at a price of Taka 51.11 each. (cont.7)
