DBH1STMF Earnings Update

(Continuation news of DBH1STMF): The Fund has revalued the investment at Taka 31.11 per share based on discounted cash flow method. The cash flow projection and other forecast on which the valuation is made are difficult to achieve and involve uncertainties. However, the net asset value (NAV) per share of the company as at 31 December 2021 was Taka 20.01 as per audited financial statements. Our opinion is not modified in respect of these matters. (end)
