The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to establish two fully owned subsidiary companies namely (1) DLIC Asset Management Company Limited with an Authorized and Paid-up Capital of Tk. 50.00 crore and Tk. 10.00 crore respectively and (2) DLIC Financial Services Limited with an Authorized and Paid-up Capital of Tk. 50.00 crore and Tk. 25.00 crore respectively subject to the approval from the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) and Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC).
