DELTALIFE Corporate Disclosure — 21 September 2022

The Company has informed that the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) has withdrawn the suspension of the Board of Directors of the company and the Administrator with the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Insurance Act 2010 with effect from 20 September, 2022. The Board of Directors of Delta Life Insurance Company Limited has been reconstituted which is approved by IDRA and the Honorable Appellate Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh.(cont.)

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে ইন্স্যুরেন্স ডেভেলপমেন্ট অ্যান্ড রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি (আইডিআরএ) 20 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2022 থেকে কার্যকর বীমা আইন 2010 এর ধারা 99 দ্বারা প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতা সহ কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ এবং প্রশাসকের স্থগিতাদেশ প্রত্যাহার করেছে। ডেল্টা লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের পরিচালনা পর্ষদ পুনর্গঠন করা হয়েছে যা IDRA এবং বাংলাদেশের সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় আপিল বিভাগ দ্বারা অনুমোদিত।(চলবে)
