The Company has further informed that the meeting rescheduled to be held on August 03, 2023 at 3:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the DSE (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2019, 2020 and 2021, has been postponed. In this regard, DSE sent a query letter to the company asking specific reasons for the postponement of the aforesaid rescheduled meeting.
