Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 04.08.2024, the Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on August 11, 2024 at 04:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

04.08.2024 তারিখে প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জের এলআর 19(1) অনুসারে 11 আগস্ট, 2024 তারিখে বিকেল 04:00 টায় সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। (তালিকাকরণ) রেগুলেশন, 2015, অন্যদের মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য, 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2023-এ শেষ হওয়া বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
