The company has informed that Mr. Monzurur Rahman, a Sponsor of the Company, has completed his transfer of total 81,000 shares of the company, comprising 26,000 shares to his daughter Ms. Saika Rahman (a director of the company), 28,000 shares to his son Mr. Zeyad Rahman (a director of the company), and 27,000 shares to his daughter Ms. Adeeba Rahman (a director of the company) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. as per news disseminated on 08.09.2024.
