(Continuation news of DELTASPINN): financial statements of the company for the financial years 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, as the matter regarding pendency of petition filed seeking condonation of delay in holding the AGMs before the Hon'ble High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court is on stand over till it comes up for next hearing in the cause list.
