The Company has further informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting under Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 14, 2024 instead of October 10, 2024 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2024. Other things of the meeting will remain unchanged.
