Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.11.2020 regarding decision to selling of Land, the company has further informed that they had decided to sell over 103 decimal land of the Company located at Kowadi, Polash, Narshingdi to its sister concern Deshbandhu Packaging Limited after redemption of its mortgage, subsequently it was placed before the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 30 December 2020.
