The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM for passing a special resolution for selling over 103 decimal of Land located at Kawadi, Palash, Narsingdi to its sister concern, Deshbandhu Packaging Limited on payment of consideration amount of Tk. 1,20,00,000.00.
