The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has authorized the Managing Director of the Company to make all sorts of correspondences on behalf of the Company and take all necessary steps and to appoint an auditor from the panel auditors of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for carrying out the revaluation of assets of the Transferor Companies i.e., Deshbandhu Sugar Mills Limited, (cont.1)
