(Continuation news of DESHBANDHU): be and is hereby increased from Tk. 300.00 crore to Tk. 1100.00 crore divided into 110,00,00,000 shares of Tk. 10.00 each. Resolved further that, the consent of the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby accorded for substituting clause V of the Memorandum and Clouse '5' of Articles of Association of the Company with the following Clause.
