DESHBANDHU Corporate Disclosure — 30 January 2025

(cont. news of DESHBANDHU): During the 2nd quarter period ended on 31 December 2024, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of the Company decreased significantly. This decline was primarily attributed to a substantial reduction in current assets, which was due to income tax adjustments. As a result, current assets decreased compared to the same period in previous financial year. (cont.2)
