DESHBANDHU Corporate Disclosure — 25 June 2025

In response to DSE query letter to the company regarding news published in a newspaper titled 'Czech Republic identifies Deshbandhu as defaulter (translated to English from Bangla)' on June 18, 2025, the company has further informed DSE vide a letter that the news has no connection whatsoever with Deshbandhu Polymer Limited. Furthermore, Deshbandhu Packaging Limited has already sent a protest to the newspaper and there is no probable direct financial impact (numerical or otherwise) on Deshbandhu Polymer.

১৮ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে 'চেক প্রজাতন্ত্র দেশবন্ধুকে খেলাপি হিসেবে চিহ্নিত করেছে (বাংলা থেকে ইংরেজিতে অনুবাদ করা হয়েছে)' শিরোনামে একটি সংবাদপত্রে প্রকাশিত সংবাদ সম্পর্কে কোম্পানিকে ডিএসইর জিজ্ঞাসা পত্রের জবাবে, কোম্পানিটি একটি চিঠির মাধ্যমে ডিএসইকে আরও জানিয়েছে যে দেশবন্ধু পলিমার লিমিটেডের সাথে এই সংবাদের কোনও সম্পর্ক নেই। তদুপরি, দেশবন্ধু প্যাকেজিং লিমিটেড ইতিমধ্যেই সংবাদপত্রে একটি প্রতিবাদ জানিয়েছে এবং দেশবন্ধু পলিমারের উপর সরাসরি আর্থিক প্রভাব (সংখ্যাগত বা অন্য কোনওভাবে) পড়ার সম্ভাবনা নেই।
