DGIC Corporate Disclosure — 31 July 2024

The Company further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on July 31, 2024 at 3:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2024, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.
