Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.09.2017 regarding issuance of Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that BSEC has accorded its consent for raising of capital through issuance of Non-Convertible Floating Rate Subordinated Bond amounting to Tk. 500.00 crore only through Private Placement to "other than existing" shareholders of the Company in cash consideration.
