(Cont. news of DHAKABANK): Tk. 1.66, Tk. 22.26 and Tk. 27.81 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2023. Reasons for recommending stock dividend: a. 5% bonus shares are declared to strengthen the Capital Base of the company under BASEL-III which will be utilized for expansion of business. b. The bonus shares are declared out of accumulated profit of the company. and. c. The bonus shares are not declared from capital reserve (cont.2)

(ঢাকাব্যাংকের চলমান সংবাদ): ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৩ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য যথাক্রমে ১.৬৬ টাকা, ২২.২৬ টাকা এবং ২৭.৮১ টাকা। স্টক লভ্যাংশ সুপারিশ করার কারণ: ক. BASEL-III এর অধীনে কোম্পানির মূলধন ভিত্তি শক্তিশালী করার জন্য ৫% বোনাস শেয়ার ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে যা ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে। খ. কোম্পানির সঞ্চিত মুনাফা থেকে বোনাস শেয়ার ঘোষণা করা হয়। এবং গ. মূলধন রিজার্ভ থেকে বোনাস শেয়ার ঘোষণা করা হয় না (অবিলম্বে ২)
