Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.05.2025 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) through their letter dated June 16, 2025 has notified the company to seek approval from them for issuance of 5% Bonus Shares as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Bank for the year 2024 (cont.)

ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৯.০৫.২০২৫ তারিখে লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (BSEC) তাদের ১৬ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখের চিঠির মাধ্যমে ২০২৪ সালের জন্য ব্যাংকের পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সুপারিশ অনুসারে ৫% বোনাস শেয়ার ইস্যু করার জন্য তাদের কাছ থেকে অনুমোদন চাওয়ার জন্য কোম্পানিটিকে অবহিত করেছে (চলমান)।
