Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 18.06.2025, the company has further informed that they have not yet received consent from BSEC against declaration of 5% Stock Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024. As such, the Record Date as on 25.06.2025 shall be applicable for entitlement of 5% Cash Dividend. Another 'Record Date' for entitlement of 5% Stock Dividend shall be declared upon receipt of Consent from BSEC.
